word doc link to web site

  Every Friday I receive by email a document which I need to show on our web site. I save this doc in my “My Documents” folder. How do I link this word doc to the relevant web page please thus making it available to our readers?

  Note .doc, .docx (Microsoft Word Document) is an accepted file type for uploading. Please see http://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/ and http://en.support.wordpress.com/uploading-documents/

  If you want to embed the document itself into a post or a page, you will have to use a third party application like Scribd or Google Docs. Otherwise, the documents will appear as a download link.
