  I am trying to upload a word document. How do I do that?

  Hi there!

  You can upload files into your Media Library. This page lists the accepted types and has details: https://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/

  You can upload two ways: Go to WordPress.com > My Sites, then open the page/post where you’re going to link to the doc, click Add Media (like when you add an image) and upload there.

  Or go to andyyac93.wordpress.com/wp-admin then go to Media and upload from there.
