Word (Office 2007), and wordpress

  Hi

  I have bad internet connection (e.g. slow, gets lost often) so writing directly in wordpress isn’t my best option.

  Can I write in Word and then paste the content into the wordpress post?

  I have Office 2007 and understand I can transfer Word content but when I try “help” function in Word I do not really understand the instructions – can anyone advise me what to do?

  Can we get a link to your wordpress.COM blog? And consider linking it in your user name as explained in the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forums.

  If you are hosted here at wordpress.COM, try Windows Live Writer instead.

  thank you both for your help

  I eventually found a way of doing it – found the ‘publish blog’ in Word, then copied the content, then went to ‘import Word’ in my wordpress editor and then pasted.
