  To Whom This May Concern,

  I purchased the domain name http://www.pascharetreat.co.nz from discountdomains.co.nz and then linked it to my wordpress, however something went terribly wrong. On the payment page it stated that I was paying ($60NZ) for the use of http://www.pascharetreat.co.nz on wordpress, however I ended up with pascharetreatdotcodotnz.wordpress.com

  Please help me redeem this, I do not want this domain name and never meant to make this purchase. I am only needing http://www.pascharetreat.co.nz on wordpress – w/o wordpress advertising. Please advise.

  Hello,

  The domain you have got is a free domain. WordPress.com gives you a subdomain on the platform so you can map your domain to it.

  If you have not mapped http://www.pascharetreat.co.nz already, here is how you can map it to the site on pascharetreatdotcodotnz.wordpress.com

  Here is how you can map a domain to your WordPress.com site
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Once you have you add the domain you can mark the domain as the primary domain from the domain setting on your panel. After that, your site should show on http://www.pascharetreat.co.nz
