    Hi, I am unable to login into the admin of our school website orchardsjunior.school I am getting 403 forbidden error every time. Up until now, I have had full access to be able to update our website and upload documents and media to ensure that we stay compliant.
    Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated as our IT support providers are unable to help. Thank you, Ian

    Hello there,

    Your site orchardsjunior.school opens and functions properly.

    Also, I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
