word press anniversary notice blocking article?

    I opened a link for an article and a notification came up from Word Press saying Happy Anniversary ! and I guess wanted me to set up some sort of site?
    I clicked all the tabs listed and could not close this whatever it is …but the notice covered the article and I was unable to read it…whats up with this? thanks

    When you sign in to WordPress.com and open up the notification bell do you see a happy anniversary notification?

    That is a thing that we send to folks, but I don’t know why it would interfere as you have described.
