word press blog -to my site??

happy new year everyone..
just wanted to know if any one had an idea of how i can forward my blogs postings to my website.
i have , http://myfotolifeblog.wordpress.com
but i also own the website http://www.myfotolife.com – and i would like to add a Blog link to it..what could stay with in my site
keep the same theme and just shows the update post from my wordpress blog.is this possible?

Completely tangential, don’t use flash based websites…it’s SEO suicide, and they’re annoying (at least to me they are).
Anyway, I’m not 100% sure what you want, but I have to suggestions. Every wordpress blog has an RSS feed, you could add a little widget to your webiste that displays the RSS feed. Or, you could map a sub-domain, say blog.myfotolite.com, which points to your wordpress blog. But you’ll need to go to your domain registrar for that.

Normally websites do not have RSS feeds however, you can post a link on your website that links to your blog. Also, are you aware that there are duplicate content penalties? http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=66359
