  It’s not possible to install a Google Analytics plugin on your WordPress.com site.

  If you have the business level plan, you can activate Google Analytics. You can read about the details at https://en.support.wordpress.com/google-analytics/.

  If you don’t have the business level plan, WordPress.com provides quite a few site statistics for you at https://wordpress.com/stats.
