Word Press Creating Events / Gigs Sound Check Theme

The directions for creating an event/gig to show up in the event widget with Sound Check theme are not clear. I cannot figure out how to post events. Can you please provide more detailed instructions than the ones already posted under the theme?

SoundCheck is a Premium theme and you should first check the theme’s showcase page for setup information. Make sure you also click on the Support button there http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/soundcheck/
If you don’t find the answer to your question in the documentation, please post in the special Premium theme support forum for SoundCheck as you have access to help directly from the theme author as a part of your premium theme upgrade. You can find the forum for SoundCheck here http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/soundcheck and in order to post there, make sure you are logged in with the account that purchased the theme.
