  What is the Word Press Dashboard and what does it mean when it shows up in my referrers and in my stats?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Everyone can see http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ and inside every blog the same view is there.
  So if I see your post come up in a feed on there and I click through it will show Dashboard because that is where I can from. Same for stats. It just shows that you are getting readers from inside wordpress.com as well as from the other places your stats show.

  So when I post a new post it shows up on the Latest Post on other blog dashboards but not on mine. Correct?

  It would show up on yours, if yours could be in two places at once. When we had fewer users, you could sometimes hit Publish and click to the dashboard and see yourself.
