  Hello, I was looking for something in which will allow for us to upload a PDF and look like a catalog you flip through. We are looking to basically create a tribute journal.

  Would you be able to assist me on best ways to go about it please?

  Hello there,

  Issuu is a service provider ( issuu.com ) that helps to display content much like a magazine.

  It can integrate with WordPress.com via plugins seen here: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/tags/issuu/

  To run something like this on a site, the site would need to be on the business plan.

  Failing that, you could embed a PDF as per: https://wordpress.com/support/embedding-a-pdf-file/
