word press erratic -inconsistent – sharing buttons goofy – not useful… what is going on

  what on earth is going on with wordpress – Share – I go to share with twitter – and it replicates my entire page in a small window and large window. facebook same for windows but no image from my blog… linkedin same issue with two windows, tumblr – two windows…. half the time FB gets the correct image – the other half the time it gets my banner… nothing works consistently… with word press – what is going on

  BTW where on earth is live 24/7 support chat… most of WordPress features are difficult to find or use – for a paid platform this is pretty bad

  What is the address of the site you need help with?

  The account you are contacting us from doesn’t own any WordPress.com sites (this suggests you have another account). It also hasn’t been used to purchase any upgrades, which is why you are unable to access live chat — you need to be logged into account the paid plan was purchased through.

  Could you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to? This should help ensure you are logged in to the account that owns the upgrades.

  Let me know when you’ve done that and I can have a look at your site.
