  Hi, does wordpress.com premium have out of the box CRM / user management features? i’m looking to create a wordpress.com site that allows users to sign up, admin mngt of users and forum type functionality

  Hi there,

  For that type of site you’ll need to use forum plugin like bbPress or some type of membership plugin, and that’s only possible on the Business Plan.

  WordPress.com has user management in the sense that you can invite existing WordPress.com users to your site and have some measure of control over what they can do on the site via pre-defined user roles, but you cannot create an account for someone, force a password change, etc.
