Word Press Form Issue

  I have used the WP Forms and created a contact us form. I have been told that there is an issue with the form itself and that is why when my customers use the form, I am not sent an email with their information. Can anyone help me???

  These forums offer support to sites created on WordPress.com. I can see your site is self-hosted with an external provider.

  As your site is not on WordPress.com, you will need to go to the WordPress.org forums for support:

  https://wordpress.org/support/

  You could also try logging a support ticket on the WP Forms Plugin website:

  https://wpforms.com/account/support/
