  Hi
  has anyone got an email for word press support,?
  ok I have this word press which I have built my site on swdbusinesssolutions235663013.wordpress.com and now my hosting platform and domain provider have given me WordPress hosing I have tried exporting and then importing my site but it doesn’t import properly.
  can anyone tell me what plugin I need to be able to recreate my site as it is on my new one, because I like the theme I have and I have all new content for my business to go into it. any idea what plug in I need or any way of transferring all files across into my WordPress through fasthosts ??

  I have looked on wordpress.org for contact info but cant find anything

  If the export file you got from us is not importing properly on your self-hosted WordPress site, I’m afraid that’s not something we can help with, as we have no control over your new site – it’s not hosted on our servers, so we don’t have any access to it.

  For help with importing to that site, please ask in the forums for the open source WordPress software that you’re using on that site instead:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  You’ll need to register a username account on WordPress.org before you can post in those forums, as neither your WordPress.com login details, nor your admin login details for your new site can be used there.
