Word Press issue with Office365

Good afternoon,
I am part of the helpdesk for the following WordPress site, and am need of your assistance.
They have a form setup on their site that is supposed to forward responses to a set of 3 emails: 2 of the emails are O365 accounts, while the last one is a gmail account. The form response successfully makes it to the gmail account, but not to the O365 accounts. I checked things from the backend, and there is no evidence of the form responses hitting the O365 domain. Is there any additional items that need to be setup in order to resolve this issue?

Hi Calvin, these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.
You might try re-ordering the email addresses to confirm whether the issue is that it’s only sending to the last address, or whether it’s only Gmail that’s receiving it.
If it is only gmail, I’d recommend checking with your host. They should be able to see whether the email is going out at all. If it is, my bet is that the Office 365 server is rejecting it for some reason, and your host can likely help with that as well.
If it’s only sending to the last recipient, try checking in with the support team for whatever form plugin you’re using.

Thank you for responding to my inquiry! I’ll definitely pose this question to the correct support forum this time, but to address your suggestions:
-I’ve already worked with the site to only use the gmail address vs. only the O365 addresses, but unfortunately the form responses still don’t send when only the O365 emails are present.
-If the .org support site is unable to produce another step forward, then I’ll go ahead and engage our host to see if they can help us figure out why the O365 Server is rejecting those responses.The issue is still persisting, but I’ll mark this thread as resolved since I used the incorrect forum. Thank you again!
