    I had a major problem with my wordpress theme and my site crashing last month. My web person spoke to someone and signed up for a monthly help plan called something like ‘word press live’. I no longer need that plan and can’t remember how to cancel it. please help

    Since the account you are posting from is only a couple of hours old and you haven’t included the URL of the site you need help with, my gut feeling is that you are talking about a site that is using the standalone WordPress software which is hosted with a different web hosting provider.
