    I paid $99.00 for wordpress live to help me customize my web page. I’m new at this & I’m hoping to make some money advertising companies & posting pictures of all kinds of animals prom Pinterest…..Can you tell me how to get the live support?

    Hi lorieanimallover,

    Live chat is a feature of paid plans but the account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased one — this suggests you used another account. What is the address of the site you paid to upgrade? Please do not share any transaction IDs or card details on these public forums, just a site address.

    If you received an email receipt, please try logging in to WordPress.com using that email address and start a chat — it work when you are logged into the account that owns the plan.
