Word press login information lost

    Good afternoon,

    I have a premium word press account connected to my debit card. I have not used the website in a while, and thus have lost all login information pertaining to it. I recently got charged another year’s fee for use of the domain, and I would like to get back into my account to use it. The only thing I have is my name and the debit card connected to the account. I’m trying to get in touch with customer support in order to get back in, but there is no phone number to call! Please help me get this process started; thank you!

    Please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter the details. Do not post those here in this public support forum as they are unique to that account.

    Once you get signed in to the proper account you’ll be able to cancel and refund that renewal from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ Write back here if you have any trouble.
