  how do I change my free Name.wordpress over. Im not ready to upgrade yet but I would like to change the http://www.name.wordpress over so I do not loose my readers.

  Or how do I make a new SITE and tranfurem over the readers.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  how do I change my free Name. wordpress over.

  To change your site address Visit My Sites > Domain > Click on Domain Name scribbledoff.wordpress.com > You should see change site address option.

  If you want to use custom domain then you will need a paid wordpress.com plan.
