Word press not renewing

  Every time I enter the credit card details for Premium it says I already have the product and does not seem to process the payment or renew it. Have tried emailing help@wordpress.com 3 times with no response

  If it says you already have the product, perhaps you already bought it earlier? If so, then your purchase should be listed in your Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades screen. Are you able to locate it there?

  If you have already emailed staff once, then please wait a bit until they get back. They will return your email.

  Hello! It sounds like you have something leftover in your cart. Can you try renewing your upgrade using the Renew Now link here:
