Word Press Payment Problem

  We accidentally had auto renew on our Personal Plan when we didn’t want to and we were charged. We disputed the claim and got a refund, and we have stopped using the Word Press. Now,one and a half month we were charged again without wanting to. We checked if somehow we had automatically been upgraed to a type of plan, but it is wordpress.com at the end of our website, not just .com.

  So now we have been charged for something and have not received the plan and we didn’t make the purchase either.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We accidentally had auto renew on our Personal Plan when we didn’t want to and we were charged.

  Your account shows you disputed a payment to WordPress.com and PayPal issued a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are a tool for fraud prevention:

  Chargebacks and disputes

  When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades on your account are removed and your site is locked until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback.

  Do you want to to continue using the plan and custom domain (omegawarriorsftc.com) or would you prefer to receive a refund? Once a domain has been cancelled there is no guarantee you will be able to register it again, so we only recommend cancelling omegawarriorsftc.com if you won’t need it again in the future.

  Now,one and a half month we were charged again without wanting to.

  You originally purchased the plan on 2016-08-31 and the auto renewal went through on 2017-08-01 — this is the payment you disputed.

  So do we still lose the money if we don’t want to use wordpress anymore?
  Right now, we have been charged and unless we can get our .com back , we want to not be charged anymore and our money back.
