Hello! Im interested in upgrading my plan but want to make sure the plan im choosing to upgrade to can encompass all the features I desire. If I upgrade to the premium plan, will i have access to WP Advent, the ‘scribble’ or ‘customify’ theme and security feature plug-ins as well? And is there any way to incorporate an online course portal within the site I create? Thank you!

All of the security is pre-built in to every site on WordPress.com. Free or business plan, it doesn’t matter.
You might be able to create an online course on the premium plan. Can you tell me more about it? If it’s pretty simple then you can probably do it with out a plugin. The material could be presented on a specific page, and then embed a quiz or link to a quiz at the end. That’d be a basic example of what you can do. In order to use plugins the business plan is required (not the security ones you mentioned earlier).
The premium plan also includes premium themes. You can sort by theme name, layout style, features, etc…
All of the themes available will be included on that ^ page. Premium and Free options. In order to use anything else you would need to upgrade to the business plan which allows you to install third part themes.
