Word Press Site
-
Hello I made a site in Word Press, loved the way it turned out and wanted to publish it with my own domain. I read that I needed to host through blue host. I am finding out I can’t edit things the same in blue host and would like to know how I can publish my original free editing word press site with my domain? Do I even need blue host ?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi zjnmarketing!
If you want to register a custom domain for your zjnmarketing.wordpress.com site, you do not need to do that through BlueHost. You can register the domain directly through WordPress.com.
I see you already have a Personal Plan associated with that site, which gives you a free domain credit. You can use that credit, which covers the price of the first year of registration from this page here.

Also, since you mentioned BlueHost, I will help explain that BlueHost is an example of a host that uses the self-hosted version of WordPress, which can be found at WordPress.org.
On https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ can find a detailed comparison between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
In a nutshell:
WordPress.com: We host the site for you and care about maintenance and security, while you can focus on the content.
WordPress.org: You host the site on your own and you’re in charge of maintenance, security, and content.
