    Apparently I do not have an account with you but I got a billing notice for renewal. Please take me out of your system so this will not happen again.

    We’ve looked into the account you initiated this topic from and don’t see any purchases or renewals. We’ll need a little more info to try to help.

    Use this site to get a clearer picture of what you were billed for – if you were billed by WordPress.com: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

    If you were billed for a site hosted on WordPress.com, or for one of our WordPress.com products, let us know the URL of the site that was billed and we’ll dive in and help. :)

    If the charge was not for a WordPress.com site or product, we recommend taking a closer look at the invoice you received for information that might tell you where it originated from.
