word press suport is the worst i have ever used

    I have use a lot of support because I am 70 yrs old and didn’t grow up with computers, but I refuse to quite and with the help of support I usually learn how to do things but for some reason your support is the worst and that is surprising to me because I have been told that your product is suppose to be one of the best. Your tects said just click on the link and follow the directions and I should be able to do what I wanted to do but that didn’t work so I finely did get the email change but I could not get anything else to work so i closed out the jbparr account and for some reason it closed out the amazing2bhealthy also so now i cant get into anything so at this time I would like to know what Iam supose to do I have paid for a year of hosting for amazing2bhealthy and i cant open that account because it says that i do not have an account.

    Hey jbparr, Im so sorry that your problems are not solved! WordPress is the most popular blog platform in the world. over 60% people use wordpress for their blog. WordPress is so easy to create content. If you cannot work with wordpress then there is no other platform you can work.
    I don’t think that wordpress support is very poor. WordPress support is very nice, just you have to understand this.

    Now came to your situation, You are 70 years old and not so familiar with technologies. But it is surprising that you came to wordpress to create your blog. I’m really very happy to know this.

    Actually you need to learn something about wordpress before go with it. I cannot solve your problem because I am just a member like you. A wordpress stuff will help you and make your account accessible.

    But you can create your blog again. Don’t loose your hope. I have seen many person who are not familiar with wordpress but they create a blog with wordpress and its still running!
