Is word press engineering support down or something?
I made a problem request yesterday and it’s past 24 hours, nobody has replied. I also posted my problem in the forum, but no reply.
It said they will get back to me 5min to 24 hours but nothing… May i know what’s going on? And I suggest that their support system should be improved, considering it was part of the plan that I paid for.

Did they ever get back to you? I am on day three waiting for a reply!
I hope they will give us a partial refund, as we are paying for support, but it no longer seems functional.

I feel your pain, honestly. But, if you know any programmer around you, seeking their help, might be useful. Or try posting your problem in the forum and pray for someone with skills to reply. Though, it depends on the nature of your problem… Mine was a simple change in theme to fix the problem, don’t know about yours. If it’s more complicated, you might need a programmer, which is sad because the happiness engineers are making people sad…
This was posted two days ago. Have you gotten help since then?
