  Good morning,

  My name is Ken James. I’m with IT for Synergy Billing. We currently have a working website created on your platform. I’m emailing you today because we’re in need of updating our WordPress site but need assistance. Is this something that you could help me with? We’re currently on 5.7.5 version.   Hi Ken! These tech support forums are more for the free sites hosted here with our services, but we might be able to point you in the right direction, or at least to someone who would know who to recommend.

  They can take a look at your situation, and if they aren’t able to help, they may well know someone who can.

  We also have an importer tool for sites that use our Business Plan and higher. I can’t promise it would seamlessly with your current setup, but if you’re interested in hosting here with us so that we can maintain and update your installation for you, you could test it out without affecting the live site:
