  In Minor updates (Ex. 1.0.0 -> 1.0.1):
  1)how does WordPress update?
  2)Can it break most plugins?
  3)Can it affect the themes?
  4)Is it mainly bug fixes?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you do not upgrade a WordPress.ORG install then you are choosing to make it vulnerable to hackers.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
