  How can I view which version of WordPress I am using? I’ve tried looking on the dashboard and looking at the source code and I can’t seem to find the version number.

  That doesn’t matter for a website running on the wordpress.com platform as the system files are manager by wordpress.com. Also the wordpress.com platform doesn’t work with software versions as the open source WordPress.org does.

  It does matter to me because I’m trying to export my files out and the people I’m working with need to know which version of WordPress I’m using. I keep getting errors on their end.

  Here at WordPress.com your site will always be using the latest most current version of wordpress. Have you followed all these instructions:
