  i need to close my account but i need my domain available. im not sure what i can do. i barely used the website because i had no idea how to. help me

  Hi there,

  I can confirm that you appear to have canceled all your upgrades, including two domain names:

  – avidaflora.ca
  – avidaflora.com

  Unfortunately, when you cancel your domains, they are returned to the registry for resale. If you want to retain one of your domains we may be able to recover it for you. Which domain are you trying to recover? Both?
