word press website not opening.

  I have a wordpress website for my business. One minute I was making correction to my site then upgraded my plugins and now I can’t access my site. I get an internal server error for my http://ugo1fitness.com/wp-admin/ site when it working just fine yesterday. Please let me know what I should do. I restet my password and got logged in to a word press site but this isn’t the one that is associated with my ugo1fitness.com website or my blog.
