Word Press where are you?

A site was set up for me on the GoDaddy domain – the guy who did it is now in the US so I have to sort problems out myself – the internet is full of all sorts of sites that are confusing – can I just please have a short chat with someone to sort out my system which tells me it has the latest upgrade but doesn’t – and problems with my visual editor? an email, a call number = anything! Because my site was set up by another chap I am uncertain as to whether I am a wordpres account holder or what, hence no account details. Would really aporeciate your help.

We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, https://www.whois.com/whois/lanceclarkewriter.co.uk, but is hosted at Godaddy and uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/
