Word Press Won’t Accept my password to login

I need help logging in.

Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: Unknown -
Word Press won’t accetp my login. Someone please help!!! I trouble shooted all possible means. Don’t say it’s my hosting because I spent close to 2 hours on the phone with them and it’s not on there side. Can someone please help????!!!

The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, but that site is not hosted with us, so we’re not able to help in this case. The password for your admin account for that site is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, and we have no access to or control over it.
You can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/ for other methods, like changing the password directly in the database.
For more help with this, you can also ask the WordPress.org community for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums.
That said, your site is loading a completely blank page for me, so the problem might not actually be your password at all, but rather something wrong with the site itself. The WordPress.org forums should also be able to help you troubleshoot what might be causing that.
