Wordad supports for multilingual sites?

My website is in both English and Sinhala. The main language is English. If I upgrade my plan to a Premium, would I be eligible for Wordads? My blogging website is http://www.buildtocost.com

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
