  It takes time. Your site should be established and popular, that means it should get decent pageviews. No one tells what the figure is but I believe it should get at least 1000 page views per day on average. It should also be a family friendly site/blog.

  Your blog is in Bengali with limited global reach.

  There might me hundred of thousands who have signed up for WordAds but it’s up to WordAds team to decide which blog to approve. Have patience.
