    wordads revenue suddenly not showing Dec 8 and Dec 9 – is it broken?

    I am seeing ad stats for December 8 and 9 but they’re drastically low. Instead of the usual 2000-3000 impressions only 340 and 434 impressions for those days. Meanwhile site traffic has remained the same from more or less the same spread of geographical sources. Please advise.

    I tried accessing ad stats in incognito window – I see no ads or revenue for Dec 8 and 9 – but all was well until that date. Views are stable, and I have verified that viewers on different devices physically viewed ads on those two dates – so it’s not possible for there to be zero ads displayed.

    something is going on for sure. see my post above yours as well for similar anomalies on those days. hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

    have to say if anything drives me back into the arms of self-hosted wordpress it will be the wordads experience…

    I took another look and realized I had been looking at the wrong dashboard, my apologies for that. I am seeing the same earnings dashboard you are. Thank you for reporting this, I will be reaching out to the WordAds team to see what the issue may be and we will follow up here as soon as we have additional information.

    Hey there!

    Quick update from the WordAds team. It looks like this issue is due to the statistics for WordAds not importing correctly and is not due to a loss of earnings. The team will manually correct this on Monday, and the stats should update to reflect the correct information. We will continue to monitor this, and update these threads if there is any additional information to share.

    just to piggy back in. I saw my ads go from in the 50’s down to 2, 8, and 8 again. I know i’m new, but I like watching numbers go up with hard work, not down. I know the views are coming in, but ads aren’t reflecting it. same days. 8th,9th,10.

    @staartmees, you mentioned that elsewhere but it’s not the problem. I think wordads reporting is just messed up at the moment and will straighten itself out…. hopefully….
