WordAds Activation problem

  I received my invitation to WordAds but the page I’m sent to from the email says I don’t have permission to access the WordAds Dashboard to activate it.

  This is what the page says.

  User palette Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested

  “You are logged in as “palette” and do not not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Jennie’s Palette”. If you are not “palette”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “palette” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.

  If you reached this screen by accident and meant to visit one your own sites, here are some shortcuts to help you find your way…”

  I checked my users and I’m still listed as an administrator, is there something wrong?

  The user ‘palette’ is the blog owner, so that should work. Can you please try clearing out your cache? Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

  cache reset seems to have done it, thanks for that! I’ve now activated everything.
