WordAds and Registered Domain?

  I’m currently thinking of registering for a domain on Webhostingpad. I checked my domain and everything and it is available for registering. I was wondering after I register with Webhostingpad and install WordPress through softaculous, can I still manage my posts through the WordPress platform? Also, do I have the option of still running WordAds as well as third party ad codes? I have a few affiliates linking I would like to use and I think it violates WordPress’ terms if I add them onto a free WordPress domain and a WordPress hosted domain.
