WordAds Application Form Not Recognizing My Blog

Hi I have a WordPress blog that I want to sign up for WordAds, but for the life of me cannot get it to show up on the WordAds form. I see that others have experienced similar problems. Can anyone help?

I see now that this forum is only for blogs hosted at wordpress. Is wordads also only for blogs hosted at wordpress?
