Wordads does not work with https protocol

  Hi,

  It seems that advertising program Wordads does not work with the new “https” protocol.

  If you go to http://jackmoreno.wordpress.com/ u can see ads, but if you go to https://jackmoreno.wordpress.com/ there is no more ads.

  And now Google show all search results of my blog with https protocol, so advertising program Wordads does not work any more in my blog. Just try to search “Jack Moreno” in Google and then you get this link: https://jackmoreno.wordpress.com/

  Can you help me?
  Any solution?

  It only works on mapped custom domains like http://TheCryptosphere.com and https is not yet available for them at WordPress.com.

  We don’t currently have any way to attach an SSL to a custom domain. We are continuing to research how this might be a possibility in the future, but at the present time it isn’t something which we can put in to place.

  Hi there,

  We’re working on new advertisers who won’t have this problem, but this is actually one of the reasons for why the program requires a custom domain.

  You won’t have this issue with a custom domain, as it’s related to the WordPress.com subdomain.

  You can make your domain primary via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
