Wordads has not updated since November 2016

  I received my last Wordads payment 12/22/16

  Since then, I have not received a payment, nor are my stats showing. Can someone tell me what is going on? Last time I had a problem I had a chat with wordpress, now I cannot find the chat. I have sent an email.
