WordAds July/August not updated

My WordAds earnings stop in June. Shouldn’t I see July or August by now? I still have the ads running, but the earnings aren’t listed. (It’s not a matter of making no money in those months–my following has only grown and daily views have just short of doubled.)

Additionally, reporting & payment processing will be delayed this month while we work to upgrade our system for reporting earnings and generating payments. In the future, this will provide reporting and payments on a more reliable schedule.

WordAds earnings do not appear in real time, but are posted three to six weeks after the end of a given month. Our terms of service state earnings are released at the latest by 45 days after the end of the month, though usually they are released sooner.
Earnings for July has not been released yet, as we’re upgrading our system and this is causing delays with processing that month’s figures.
Hopefully they’ll be up soon, since 45 days since the end of July is next week, but let us know if you have any further questions or issues. :)

Yes, you’re right. WordPress.com will always show your earnings for a specific month, even if that earnings for that month are very low.

Hi, Torres. My earnings for July are appearing now, but, strangely enough, they are quite low for what I expected (specially comparing to the previous months). Also, the numbers appeared yesterday, and then they disappeared misteriosly. Now, they appeared again.
Can you please take a look at the problem? -
I’m quite confused since all the messages here are saying that the earnings have not been released yet. In my case they have – but the earnings are strangely low and they appeared, suddenly disappeared and then came back. I thought it has something to do with the problems WordPress are facing with the upgrade you mentioned.

You’re right, I’m not part of the staff team, and I’m as frustrated as you are by the completely outrageous and disappointing earnings for July.
Nonetheless, I’ve tagged WordPress.com staff to help you with this issue so you should receive a response from a staff member within the next few hours.
