Jetpack-connected sites are immediately accepted into the WordAds program only if you purchase the Jetpack Premium or Jetpack Professional plan for the site.
If you don’t purchase a plan your site will only be approved once you meet our minimum traffic requirement. We do not disclose the exact traffic level we require, but you need thousands of views per month to make any meaningful income from online advertising, and at this point your site has fewer than 100 views for the past 30 days.
So work on building your site’s audience. Once it reaches the required traffic level, your application should be approved automatically.

I have the same issue on my site https://lepiratedujeuxvideo.com/ i bought the Premium plan on March 4, 2018 and I had 28k views the last month but Wordads stays at $0.00. help please(sorry for bad english). -
This is not the same issue, as @shagulviruz is asking about a site that is not in WordAds yet, and you’re asking about earnings on a site that’s already approved. In future, please start your own thread instead of posting into a thread created by someone else.
Your site was approved on 4 April 2018, meaning it wasn’t in the WordAds program yet in March. And earnings for April have not been released yet – it can take up to 45 days after the end of a month before earnings for that month is posted. Once April earnings are released, you’ll be able to see them in your site’s dashboard.

Ok, sorry for the bad thread, i thought it was the same issue, i will remember for the future and thank you for responding quickly.
