  Morning:

  I reached the amount necessary for a payment and it was issued. Unfortunately, the Paypal account it was sent to is no longer in use (I deleted the attached e-mail account). Can the payment be retracted and resent to my new Paypal account? Otherwise I am out of a $100.00. :(
