WordAds revenue for Nov 2024 was not displaying in Earning History

    I am new to WordAds and noticed that my Nov 2024 revenue was not listed in my Earnings History until now. Also, I can see a big jump in my Ads Served from past month but very little revenue. Is this normal?

    Also, you can see that ads are not being displayed. It was showing 403 Error consistently. I have already cleared the Global Cache in Server Settings and used incognito to view the site:

    I just wanted to give everyone who ends up on this thread a heads-up since I replied to a message you sent us just a few minutes ago. We’ve received a few reports about this, and our team is already on it. :)

    If you are displaying ads through WordAds and want to remove ads, you can do so by navigating to Tools → Monetize → Ads → Settings.

    Thank you very much for the update. As someone new in WordAds and WordPress, I’m puzzled if I have done incorrect configurations or conflicting plugins.

    Will just continue to monitor.

    No need to worry! I checked the settings for saan.app and everything looks good. I can see the ads are active, and we’re just waiting for this issue to be solved.

    You probably won’t have to do anything to see the ads. We’ll give you a heads-up when we launch the fix :)

    The issue got fixed for a while but it went back to 403 errors again today.

    Yes, there was a small setback yesterday, but everything should be fixed now :)

    Hi! Bumping this thread again. This time there are 2 issues:

    1. Revenue for December 2024 was not reflecting
    2. Ads were not displaying since Jan 7 until today, Jan 13

    Revenue for December 2024 was not reflecting

    You can check December 2024’s WordAds revenue under the Tools → Monetize → Ads tab. The revenue for December is $3.64.

    Ads were not displaying since Jan 7 until today, Jan 13

    Checking the Ads stats on the site, it does show the ads are showing from Jan 7-13, there are fewer ads served than earlier, but that is sometimes expected, as serving ads can vary from day to day.
