WordAds Status since July Not Updated

I have WordAds on febriyanlukito.com and still receiving payment until June 2018. Afterwards, no update. What happen? Its already September now. But the July data still not available?

I have a similar problem.
WordAds states that May and June 2018 are unpaid (they have been paid), and there is no update for July 2018 (which normally occurs at the end of the month, in this case August 2018).

Additionally, reporting & payment processing will be delayed this month while we work to upgrade our system for reporting earnings and generating payments. In the future, this will provide reporting and payments on a more reliable schedule.

WordAds earnings do not appear in real time, but are posted three to six weeks after the end of a given month. Our terms of service state earnings are released at the latest by 45 days after the end of the month, though usually they are released sooner.
Earnings for July has not been released yet, as we’re upgrading our system and this is causing delays with processing that month’s figures.
Hopefully they’ll be up soon, but let us know if you have any further questions or issues. :)

Please see @torres126’s reply above, as it contains all the relevant info here. Once our system upgrades are complete, hopefully by the end of next week, July earnings will be released and the inconsistencies you mention regarding previous months corrected.
If you still see the incorrect info in your WordAds settings after the July earnings are posted, please let us know, but it is most likely being caused by the work we’re currently doing on the system.

I appreciate what your terms of service state, however, prior to early 2018, earnings would be stated within the first week of the following month. You then changed it to the end of the following month. Your custom and practice is to post and pay earnings in the following month, not 45 days later (from my perspective at least).
You knew you were making a system upgrade in advance and, therefore, it would have been reasonable for you to make an announcement (e.g. via email) to this effect to warn your customers there may be a delay in the posting and paying of earnings.
I appreciate you have answered our queries in a timely manner, but advanced notice would have negated us (your customers) from having to contact you about what was going on (principles of customer service!).

Just after I posted this (through contact form), I noticed similar topic I asked. I had read those thread as well.
I understand that WordAds needs some upgrade to give a better result. But then, like what @ahp74 said, previously, the report were on a week after. Now it has so much delay.
I hope the upgrade you are all doing now gonna bring better service regarding WordAds.

I have to agree, I think it would be much more effective to offer WordAds notifications via email, whether it be for earnings being posted, or for expected delays.
Hopefully it’s something staff can add, but I’m personally okay with “delays” for an improved service in the future. :)

Thanks for sharing your thoughts folks. I know you are having to wait a little longer than you would like but we are working to finish the work as quickly as we can, so your earnings will be released and accurate.

Yes, July earnings have been published but no payments have been issued yet.
Your outstanding earnings are $35.48 and you should receive them when July’s earning will be paid.

Just a quick update: it seems (from my site at least) that payments for July’s earnings have been made, provided that your total outstanding amount was over $100. :)
