WordAds video is auto-playing with sound on my site

  Wordads videos are auto-playing on my site. This was not the case before, and I find this to be unacceptably obtrusive. Can this be corrected?

  The ads don’t appear to be auto-playing for me. Would you please take a screenshot of the auto-playing ad and upload it via Media -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard so we can take a look?

  Also, would you please let us know which country you’re browsing from, and what language your browser is set to?

  This will all help us to track down the offending ad network.

  It was this ad, but it’s no longer autoplaying. Since sending this email, have reinstalled OSX on my Mac and the problem has gone away for now. So I guess this problem is solved?

  That’s good to hear, thanks! As long as it’s no longer auto-playing, I guess it must have been a temporary glitch.
