    Hi there!

    It looks like the site you need help with is a self-hosted WordPress.org. These forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    I’ve asked our ads team about why your earnings for June isn’t showing as paid yet. Those payments should have gone out several weeks ago. I’ll let you know what they say.

    @stefbarz, WordAds is a WordPress.com service which can be used on any self-hosted WordPress site with the Jetpack plugin. Please don’t refer WordAds users to the self-hosted forums, as those forums won’t be able to help them. Instead, please tag WordAds queries for staff.

    @timethief, thanks for the link, though not related in this case as it’s the OP’s June earnings that are outstanding, not July :)

    Sorry, my mistake! Although aware of WordAds as a WordPress service I wrongly thought the general forum was solely for issues regarding WordPress.com websites. Thank you for your correction and clarification, I will tag any WordAds (and other WordPress services) queries like this for staff, from now on :)

    What other WordPress services would that be? You are correct that this forum is for WordPress.com sites, but WordAds specifically also falls under WordPress.com, regardless of whether it’s running on a WordPress.com site or a self-hosted WordPress site. We’re not able to provide support for “WordPress services” that don’t form a part of WordPress.com.

    Sorry @kokkieh that didn’t come out as intended. By “other WordPress services”, I meant some other WordPress services like WordAds running on self-hosted WordPress site but part of WordPress.com that I might not be aware of at the moment (but as you confirm, it’s a specific case). I meant to say: I will be more careful next time :).

    I just reached the $100 minimum payout needed (my account shows $108.70 outstanding), but I haven’t received an e-mail from Paypal about the funds being deposited. Can you help, please?

    In future please start your own thread if you need help with this.

    You reached the $100 limit with your July earnings. July earnings have not been paid out yet. We should process those payments later this week or early next week. When we do your WordAds earnings page will change from Pending to Paid next to the outstanding amounts.

    However, am having an issue here, i haven’t received my WordAds payments for June + July yet my thresholds is $351.81?

    None of the support team can explain clearly what happened to my account?

    After making my money advertising for their partner’s Ads, now they are holding back my payments? It’s not fair at all after the effort i invested in promoting my blog.

    When i try accessing the Adcontrol, all i see is that [We are still waiting for your application to be approved. In the mean time, feel free to contact us with any questions.]

    I see you already have several open email tickets with us. Someone will reply to you there soon. Once you’ve submitted a support ticket it’s best not to submit new tickets or forum threads, as that makes it harder for us to help you effectively.
