  Can someone please tell me what a Wordcamp is?
  I’ve heard a little but i want the full info.

  And, how do i start a WordCamp?

  You organize it yourself. WordPress.com and Automattic don’t provide any templates or guidance.

  WordCamps tend to be WordPress.ORG-centric. Not a criticism (well, maybe just a little).
